Goti assistant and customer session
If you sign in, we store a technical cookie (gp_session) for 7 days to recognise you; it is deleted when you sign out. Goti's chat keeps the conversation in your browser's session storage (cleared when the tab closes) and remembers in your browser whether you have seen the guided tour. None of this is used for advertising or shared with third parties, except as described in the privacy policy regarding the AI assistant.
